We are looking to grow our Birmingham Airport team with the addition of seasonal Car Park Attendants, to support the business as we enter the peak summer period.

Shift Pattern: Rotating Days & Nights, 4 on 4 off.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to all park users.
2. Manage parking operations efficiently.
3. Assist customers with inquiries and issues.
4. Ensure safety and security within the parking area.

Qualifications:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
