Car Park Attendant

Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant!

Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team!

This is a Full-time role (37.5 hours p.w) that will see you working a mix of midweek and weekend shifts on a rotational basis (6-2, 12-8, and 2-10).

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Car Park Attendant at our Belfast sites, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing excellent customer service to all patrons.
2. Ensuring the car park is safe and well-maintained.
3. Assisting customers with parking and payment queries.
4. Monitoring car park activity and reporting any issues.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Previous experience in customer service (preferred).
3. Ability to work flexible hours.
