Job summary

Aligra Personnel Ltd is seeking an Automotive Spray Painter for a role in a modern, well-equipped workshop in Weston-super-Mare/ Bristol area. You will prepare vehicles, mix paints, operate spray equipment and apply multiple coats to achieve flawless finishes.

The position offers a salary of £39,780 per year (£765 per week) plus bonuses and overtime. Training is provided where needed, and you will join a supportive team that values precision, health and safety, and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle spraying or automotive painting is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
• Good colour perception and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles by cleaning, sanding and masking for paint application.
• Mix paint colours to exact specifications.
