Nottingham City Council is seeking a Head of Capital and Treasury to provide strategic leadership for the council’s capital programme, treasury management, borrowing and investments. The postholder will ensure resources are planned, financed and managed to support priorities with strong governance and financial sustainability.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and governance frameworks.
