M&G plc is hiring a Regulatory & Capital Accountant within the Financial Reporting team to support regulatory reporting, capital and liquidity forecasting, dividend planning and MI production for the UK. You will own sections of the ICARA and work closely with regulators and Boards.

The role requires an accountancy qualification and strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills. Flexible working arrangements are offered and a supportive, inclusive culture is a focus.

Mansioni

• Maintain capital model to forecast capital and liquidity resources.
• Prepare quarterly capital generation figures and regulatory returns.
• Prepare MI for seeding portfolio performance and hedge considerations.
• Manage dividend process for capital and liquidity, and advise Boards on levels.
• Calculate FCA fees and apply prudential regulations to data submissions.
• Contribute to ICARA sections, stress testing and wind-down analysis.
• Assist in Pillar 3 public disclosure and regulatory procedures.
