Capital Projects Procurement Manager - Leading Private Schools Group - Mayfair office - £55-60k + package

This PE backed and leading international private schools group, with over 100 schools in over 20 countries, is looking to hire a capital project and construction specialist procurement manager to join their new team, to support on the expansion of greenfield and brownfield developments globally.

In this role, you will work closely with a highly experienced Head of Procurement with 20 years of industry experience and play a key role in supporting a number of major projects from day one. You will also be given the opportunity to travel globally to visit your sites, giving you not only great career but life experience.

The group has achieved 20% growth per annum and has ambitious targets to be the top highest value private company in the UK and are looking for a similarly ambitious individual, hungry to learn and develop, to join the team.

Procurement Manager Role Summary:

• Management of a complex construction and real estate category, managing projects within fit-out, new build and refurbishment.
• Manage and support commercial teams globally to ensure the group is operating towards best practice and market dynamics and pricing.
• Work closely with the Head of Procurement in building and devising global procurement strategy, always seeking best quality.

Key Experience Required:

• Construction or Real Estate category experience is a MUST with demonstrable project experience outlined on CV.
• Degree level education is preferred however not essential.
• Dynamic and ambitious mindset, able to work with a variety of project teams and stakeholders and always seeking development.
