Job summary

Osborne Richardson is seeking an experienced Capital Projects Project Manager for a North West London local authority on a 3-month rolling contract, likely through to the end of 2026. You will lead capital and facilities projects across the school estate, focusing on SEN schools, ensuring projects meet time, budget and specification requirements.

Applicants should have a degree in Surveying or Construction and a proven delivery record in education or school premises.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Capital Projects, preferably in education or SEN settings.
• Ability to provide technical advice on property and construction across capital programmes.
• Proven track record delivering projects to time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocated Capital and Facilities Projects across the school estate.
• Advise on repair and maintenance for corporate and school buildings.
• Lead liaison with Head Teachers, Governors and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation across projects.
• Work collaboratively with Council colleagues and external agencies.
