Capital Projects Manager

Venn Group is working with a large NHS Trust to recruit a Capital Projects Manager.

Hourly rate: £35.88 through an umbrella company

Duration: temporary

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: Surrey

The successful candidate will:

• Lead on major capital projects for new builds and refurbishments to all relevant standards
• Coordinate teams for projects
• Provide efficient and effective planning of Capital schemes and delivery of the Estates plan
• Provide highly technical information to the client to enable correct decision making project management advice to all client stakeholders.
• Ensure effective cost efficient financial planning and delivery, cash forecasts, contracts

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing capital projects within a healthcare/NHS or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, health and safety, and statutory compliance
• Experience with contract management and procurement processes
