Paritas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Project Lead/Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology platform projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technology integration, and construction management, with a focus on collaboration with key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong, senior resource who has managed multiple project portfolios across different time zones, consistently challenging the business.
• Essential skills include resource management, portfolio management, task prioritization, Microsoft ADO experience, and budget/FM management.
• Client is looking for someone with a background in program management and building management.

Responsibilities at a glance:

• Lead and manage technology platform projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, IT, PC&C Workplace, Business Entities, Technology, and Digital, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project alignment and transparency.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Own and run STP project governance and pipeline as a feed into the overall capital framework.
• Create digital cost models and value case for DFM and EFM activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, including external building standards and accreditation.
• Manage project documentation, including business requirements documents, technical specifications, design documents, E2E digital implementation plans, and test plans.
