Triumph Consultants Ltd, Hackney, London, seeks an experienced Capital Project Manager to lead multi-million-pound housing and corporate estate investment projects from inception to completion.

You will own end-to-end project delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, contracts and CDM compliance, and delivering projects on time and to high-quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital projects across RIBA/project delivery stages.
• Manage contracts, frameworks, tenders, variations and final accounts.
• Control project budgets, spend profiles, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Manage CDM, construction risks, statutory compliance and quality.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors.
• Manage resident and stakeholder engagement, including consultations.
• Prepare specifications, reports, approvals and KPI information.
• Proven experience delivering capital/construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong contract administration and commercial/financial management experience.
• Experience managing construction budgets, variations and final accounts.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and external contractors.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, regulations, statutory compliance and CDM.

We are seeking an experienced Capital Project Manager to lead multi-million-pound housing and corporate estate investment projects from inception through to completion.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, including project commissioning, scope development, technical reviews, contract administration, procurement, financial control, site management and post-completion. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to high-quality standards.
