Do you have a passion for H&S with great process knowledge and like a challenge, and want to use these skills working on capital programmes? This is a key role that will be supporting CCS and Wastewater Treatment in the delivery of the AMP8 capital programme. This role will be accountable for providing support to the local Team Managers, Capital Programme Specialists, CCS delivery teams and our Tier 1 partners across a broad spectrum of Capital projects by facilitating access to and isolation of assets making safe for operational interventions and ensuring that the ambitious East Capital programme obligations are met.
The individual will be required to liaise and consult with key stakeholders within Wastewater Treatment & CCS to facilitate access to process plant and strategic assets as required to ensure efficient delivery of the capital projects to an agreed programme. There is also a requirement to support operations in key activity on the ground and the location will be at one of our sites.
Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
The post holder will have a strong background in the maintenance and/or operational requirements of Wastewater assets and experience in Wastewater treatment processes.
A good level of IT skills and an ability to produce SOPs /work methodologies and contingency plans would be advantageous. If you’ve worked with multiple stakeholders and worked to defined processes to deliver agreed objectives it would be beneficial.
A good understanding of Health and Safety is paramount and the ability to challenge constructively will be a big part of this role. A full UK driving license will be required as your will be travelling to multiple sites.
