Nottingham City Council is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Capital Programme Delivery across major high-rise residential refurbishment and safety-focused capital projects in Nottingham. You will own projects from inception to completion, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure quality and compliance with Building Safety Act requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering high-rise residential refurbishment and major capital projects, including work in occupied environments.
• Strong knowledge of Building Safety Act and Regulator requirements.

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across capital programmes and building safety projects.
• Manage programmes, budgets, risks, and contractor performance to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with residents, contractors, consultants and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
