Job Description:

MERJE is working with a major UK General Insurance client to find a Capital Modelling Actuary to lead Capital activities within the Actuarial function.

This role involves leading the development and maintenance of the internal capital model, ensuring the Capital strategy is achieved, including planning and executing key model deliverables.

We're seeking qualified Actuaries (including those qualified by experience) with a strong Capital background in General Insurance / Non-Life Insurance.

Experience with software such as Tyche, Igloo, or Remetrica is desirable, but the role focuses more on Capital Strategy than deep software expertise, with access to business experts for technical support.
