Position Overview

As a Capital Markets & Derivatives Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services to the firm's impressive roster of clients. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on structured finance, derivatives, and debt capital markets transactions, applying your legal expertise to provide practical, commercial advice. Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate derivatives and structured finance documentation
