UK-Qualified Capital Markets Associate – Leading US Firm in London - 2–4 PQE

A top-tier US law firm in London is looking to hire a UK-qualified Capital Markets Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its high-profile team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a globally integrated capital markets practice that advises on both UK/European and US securities law matters, across equity and debt transactions.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • UK equity capital markets transactions
  • Cross-border transactions with both UK and US regulatory aspects (e.g. 144A/SEC-registered offerings)
  • A mix of equity and debt work, including opportunities to gain experience in investment grade and high yield deals
  • International matters involving issuers across Europe, the US, and emerging markets

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–4 years' PQE with strong UK capital markets experience
  • Must have ECM experience
  • Interested in broadening into debt capital markets and international deals
  • Strong academic background and collaborative mindset
  • England & Wales Qualified
