We are seeking a dynamic and driven Capital Markets Associate to join KKCG / Allwyn’s Capital Markets team. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and Head of Capital Markets to execute a broad range of equity and debt transactions while supporting the Group’s strategic financing initiatives. This position offers significant exposure to both internal stakeholders (CXO team, Investment team, Investor Relations, Treasury) and external partners (institutional investors, banks, legal counsel, and rating agencies)

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, high-yield bond and Term Loan B issuance, private credit, bank loans, liability management, and M&A financings
  • Participate in the execution of derivatives and hedging strategies, including interest rate and FX hedging, in coordination with Treasury and external advisors
  • Manage communications with credit rating agencies and support ongoing rating processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with key capital markets participants including banks, institutional investors, and legal advisors
  • Prepare a range of investor-facing materials such as earnings presentations, lender decks, annual reports, and disclosure documents
  • Coordinate and participate in investor events, including earnings calls and leveraged finance conferences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Investments, IR, Finance/Treasury, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment on capital markets activities

Candidate profile:

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience
  • Background in leveraged finance, capital markets, or investment banking at a top-tier financial institution
  • Additional experience in corporate finance, buy-side, legal, research, IR, or rating agencies is advantageous
  • Solid understanding of capital structure and debt products, including loan and bond documentation
  • Proven experience in structuring and executing complex financings
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Strong team player with a growth-oriented mindset and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a global, multicultural setting within a fast-growing organization
