  • Collaborate with the Capital Ideas Pro working groups, Client education team, Client experience, ACS, and other stakeholders to develop written educational and investment content for multi-channel delivery. This may include facilitator guides, speaker notes, participant handouts, implementation guides etc.
  • Curate and design materials intended for an impactful and engaging digital experience leveraging research and input from the market and our clients.
  • Transform complex financial topics into well-structured and easy to understand written material: short-form articles, stories, case studies and blog posts. Validate information with subject matter experts.
  • Design and deliver thematic research and educational content/materials in an engaging way for digital audience.
  • Write scripts for podcasts, videos, webinars, and webcasts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce educational pieces and thought leadership on investment-related topics (e.g. investment management, current industry issues, long-term investment trends) and practice management topics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (sales, marketing, ACS etc) to create promo materials for training workshops (e.g., pre- and post-workshop emails, social media posts, brochures etc.)
  • Tailor content to resonate with professionals covering a broad array of career stages in the financial sector.
  • Thoroughly proofread all written materials to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines and the Tone of Voice.
  • Actively participate in all stages of the content development cycle, consultations with the wider business and relevant internal business networks.

Background

  • Experience working in media, corporate communications, corporate client education, or marketing.
