Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
• AAT qualified
• Studying or desire to study for a CCAB qualification

Responsibilities

• Compile schedule of asset data for input into the fixed asset register quarterly
• Record asset procurement in ledger, balance sheet and asset register
• Account for disposal of assets and remove from asset register
• Run reports from fixed asset register as required
• Prepare budget, expenditure and forecast journals for the ledger
• Assist with annual asset verification
• Provide timely support on capital assets and project accounting
• Assist in responding to audits in a timely manner
• Plan and manage own priorities to meet deadlines with supervision
• Monitor progress and raise alerts if issues arise
