Job Description:

The Council is seeking an experienced professional to manage and undertake the capital delivery process. Responsibilities include initial feasibility assessments, preparing project briefs, appointing design consultants, preparing tender documentation, procuring and appointing consultants and contractors, and managing the works on-site. Ideal candidates will have knowledge and skills in these areas, preferably with experience in a public sector setting.
