Job summary

Pro-Tax is seeking an experienced Capital Allowances Director to join a growing specialist tax team in the UK. You will lead client delivery, provide technical advisory and drive business development, managing a substantial client portfolio and advising senior stakeholders.

You will work with Partners and Directors to identify opportunities for new business, develop client relationships, and mentor the wider team to ensure high-quality delivery and growth of the service.

Qualifications

• Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of Capital Allowances and Land Remediation.
• Strong technical and commercial expertise.
• Experience managing complex projects and a substantial client portfolio.
• Proven team leadership and people management experience.
• Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• ATT, CTA or ACA qualification is required.
• RICS qualification would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery on Capital Allowances projects and advisory work.
• Manage a substantial client portfolio with senior stakeholders.
• Provide technical advisory and identify growth opportunities.
