Job summary

STax, a niche consultancy specialising in Capital Allowances, is expanding its Commercial Development Team. We seek an experienced Specialist to drive client development and build long-term relationships across the UK property sector.

The role is hybrid with offices across London, Brighton, Milton Keynes and Watford. A minimum of two years in a tax organisation is required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a tax organisation.
• Good understanding of current tax legislation, in particular Capital Allowances.
• Experience in direct business development and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Champion Capital Allowance tax incentives and educate potential clients on value and applicability.
• Develop strong relationships with prospects to position STax as a premium provider.
• Create opportunities through outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn and networking events.
• Proactively develop opportunities, consulting with technical colleagues as appropriate.
• Work with colleagues to develop prospects from industry associations and referrals.
• Use CRM effectively to manage relationships and pipeline, enabling forecasting and KPI achievement.
• Share sales best practice to build team skills and success.
• Meet clients both virtually and face-to-face to build relationships.
