In the Capital Allowances team, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding capital allowances claims to our clients. We provide a diverse range of organisations with advice to help them make informed decisions and maximise their tax reliefs. Our focus on quality and integrity helps businesses, communities, and our people to flourish.
As part of the wider Real Estate Tax team, we advise companies, real estate funds, investors, REITs, partnerships, and private investors on capital allowances and land remediation relief in the UK. We support property transactions, tax structuring, compliance, and due diligence across all real estate sectors including commercial, office, student accommodation, healthcare, industrial, logistics, retail, and hotels.
We support flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job shares, to help balance work and life commitments.

Preferred skills include tax structuring, international allowances advice, land remediation relief, and working with UK REITs and investment entities. Experience in business development and working with partners and directors is advantageous.
