Our services include support for property transactions, tax structuring, compliance, and due diligence across various real estate sectors.

Role Overview

As an Associate Director, you will:

  • Be a key member of a high-performing team with extensive sector experience, working with high-profile clients on challenging projects.
  • Develop junior team members, understanding their career goals.
  • Lead projects involving significant construction costs and large portfolios, with opportunities for rapid promotion.
  • Own your work, lead client interactions, and collaborate with tax teams, supported by experienced colleagues.
  • Manage information, review reports, liaise with clients, and support their needs regarding capital allowances.
  • Participate in business development and proposal activities.
  • Prioritize workload effectively across projects.

Candidate Requirements

The minimum criteria include:

  • RICS / CTA / ACA qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in Capital Allowances
  • Experience in mentoring junior team members

Preferred skills include tax structuring, international allowances advice, compliance, and working with various property investment entities. We will support your development in these areas.
