In the Capital Allowances team, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding capital allowances claims to our clients. We provide a diverse range of organisations with the advice needed to maximise their tax reliefs. Our focus on quality and integrity helps businesses, communities, and our people to flourish.
As part of the wider Real Estate Tax team, we advise companies, real estate funds, global institutional investors, REITs, partnerships, and private investors on capital allowances and land remediation relief in the UK. We support property transactions, tax structuring, compliance, and due diligence across all real estate sectors including commercial, office, student accommodation, healthcare, industrial, logistics, retail, and hotels.
