In this role, you'll ensure the accuracy of the Group's fixed asset and stock records, correctly coding income and expenditure across tenure initiatives. You'll manage accounting for property sales, development income, and grant recording, as well as disposals like staircasing and equity redemptions. You'll process capital purchase requisitions promptly and advise budget holders and project teams on procedures. You'll maintain accounting systems to keep financial reporting current, prepare journals and reconciliations, support audits with accurate information, and ensure compliance with policies related to land and property acquisition.

You're fully committed to delivering excellent customer service and work meticulously in diverse environments, managing multiple deadlines with accuracy. You're comfortable using Excel and familiar with financial policies and procedures. You build strong relationships across all levels and with external partners, and you bring practical, flexible problem-solving skills. Ideally, you also have experience with fixed assets and property development, a basic understanding of relevant taxation, and a track record of improving financial controls.
