Qualifications

• Erfahrung in der Kapitalbuchhaltung im Bereich Sozialwohnungen, Immobilien oder Bauwesen.
• Starke Kenntnisse der FRS und idealerweise der Housing SORP.

An exciting opportunity for a skilled Capital Accountant in the Social Housing, Property or Construction industry. The ideal candidate should be experienced in manage all fixed asset movements and fixed asset financial reporting.

Description

• Manage and oversee the capital accounting system.
• Work closely with the finance team in the implementation of Dynamics 365.
• Oversee all aspects of fixed asset accounting, offering direction and posing challenges as part of the continuous transformation projects..
• Provide financial advice and insights on capital projects.
• Ensure financial compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with various teams to achieve financial objectives.
• Manage financial audits and prepare necessary reports.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.

Profile

A successful Capital Accountant should have:

• CCAB qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA)
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Sun, and Power BI.
• Experience in capital accounting in the Social Housing, Property or Construction industry sector.
• Strong knowledge of FRS and ideally exposure to Housing SORP and related government legislation.
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
