The Role

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Capacity Planning Lead to join our Operational Performance & Insight team. This is a key role responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of capacity-building initiatives and campaign activities. You will ensure optimal resource allocation and effective delivery across the business, while managing a team of capacity analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement capacity and campaign plans aligned with business goals
• Manage personnel, onboarding/offboarding, stock levels, and budgets to ensure efficient resource use
• Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, including setting objectives, timelines, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and deliver outcomes
• Monitor and analyse performance data to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making
• Lead and develop a team of three capacity analysts, fostering a high-performance culture
  
  

Essential

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in capacity/resource planning
• Strong understanding of data governance and structure
• Proven leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  
  

Desirable

• Experience in campaign management and/or the energy sector
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and VBA
• Experience in a field capacity management environment
