Job description
The Capability and Compliance Team supports hiring managers across the central department and executive agencies. They equip them with the skills and tools needed to run compliant, effective recruitment campaigns that align with the Department’s strategic goals.
This is a part-time position (17 hours per week) for a Capability and Compliance Partner to join team,you will be responsible for ensuring that hiring managers have the training and tools required to run their own recruitment campaigns, including for contractor recruitment. This will involve working with business areas to identify gaps in knowledge and address these, as well as using data provided by the team on common queries and issues.

Person specification
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:
Working hours, office attendance and travel requirements
This is a part-time role of 17 hours per week. There is flexibility for the hours to be worked between 11am and 5pm across a minimum of 4 days per week due to business requirements.
This roleissuitablefor hybrid working, which is a non-contractual arrangement where a combination of workplace and home-based working can be accommodated subject to business requirements.
The expectation at present is a minimum of60%of your working time a month will be spent at either your designated workplace (one of the locations cited in the advert) or, when required for business reasons, in another office/work location. There may be occasions where you are required to attend above the minimum expectation.
Occasional travel to other offices will be required, which may involve overnight stays.
