Job summary

Zeal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Floor Layer for commercial projects across the West Midlands. The role focuses on cap & cove with additional advantage for carpet tile fitting. Candidates must have a Blue CSCS Card, own van and tools, and be able to provide references.

The position is based in the West Midlands with a 2-month+ duration, working Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00, on-site with rate of £260 per day (CIS). Experience on commercial scales and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Blue CSCS Card is required.
• Own van and tools are required.
• Qualified and experienced on cap & cove; references provided.

Responsibilities

• Install cap & cove and floor laying on commercial sites.
• Carpet tile fitting experience is a plus.
• Work on projects across the West Midlands with a commercial focus.
