About this opportunity

We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Engineer to join our team!

This is a shift-based role, working on a 4 on 4 off rotational basis, including both day and night shifts.

Your mission in Crown

In this role, you will collaborate with the Engineering and Operations teams to ensure quick resolution of mechanical breakdowns. You will focus on both proactive and reactive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently 24/7. Your responsibilities include identifying root causes of problems and providing recommendations for improvements. You should have proven experience in re-engineering or reverse engineering spare parts using a full range of engineering machines (lathes, millers, grinders, etc.).

About you

You are a qualified Level 3 Maintenance/Mechanical Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. You possess solid knowledge of safety, hygiene, and quality procedures. You are a team player with effective communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
