We are looking for a Candidate Resourcer to join our team. This role is based out of the office in Hammersmith with a salary range of £23,000 to £25,000 + commission.

About the Company:

Started over 20 years ago, our client is a bespoke recruitment company specialising in finding staff for high-net-worth individuals in the UK and overseas. Staff members range from maternity nurses, nannies, and housekeepers to estate managers, chefs, and chauffeurs.

The Role:

The Candidate Resourcer will support the onboarding of either the household team (housekeepers and nannies) or private staff team (PAs, chauffeurs, chefs, house managers, etc.). Responsibilities include:

  • Review new candidate applications and conduct registration interviews
  • Build relationships with registered candidates, checking in regularly to see if they are still seeking work and if their situation has changed
  • Carry out candidate compliance checks, such as right to work and references
  • Liaise with recruitment consultants to identify job requirements and source suitable candidates
  • Update registered candidates' information
  • Suggest candidates to consultants for vacancies
  • Generate new business by calling references
About You:
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with a flair for writing and a keen eye for detail
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently with initiative
  • Strong IT skills across Outlook, Word, and Excel; CRM training will be provided
  • A genuine desire to provide outstanding service both internally and externally
  • Good memory for previous candidates
