Prospero Group in Bristol is recruiting a Candidate Manager to join our dynamic team. You will conduct telephone interviews to assess suitability, advertise vacancies on job boards, source candidates via social media and CV databases, and coordinate each stage from application to offer.

You will support with candidate mailers, ensure safeguarding and compliance checks, and help build relationships with schools and staff while working toward targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a recruitment role.
• Graduate or equivalent desirable.
• Competitive and target-driven mindset.
• Experience in sales, customer service or education sector desirable.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Conducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various roles
• Advertising vacancies on job boards within company guidelines
• Sourcing candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching, and our branch network
• Working with the team to coordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employment
• Supporting with candidate mailers
• Compliance: Conducting comprehensive documentation, safeguarding and vetting checks, including Right to Work and identity verification, DBS checks, safeguarding and disqualification checks, employment history and reference verification, and checks of relevant experience, training, qualifications and prohibition.

Experience within a similar role, within a sales/ customer service based or education sector desirable.
