You’ll take the lead on candidate generation, marketing, and pre-screening — with full ownership over your performance and the flexibility to do your best work on your terms.

About the Role:
  1. Create and manage job adverts, candidate profiles, and marketing content
  2. Lead candidate search activity across platforms and networks
  3. Maintain clean, accurate CRM and candidate records
  4. Pre-screen and qualify candidates to a high professional standard
  5. Support social media content and brand visibility across platforms
