What's the Opportunity?

You'll be responsible for managing the candidate journey end-to-end - from strategic sourcing to on-boarding - helping top talent find their next opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proactively sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATLAS, Pirical, and our bespoke CRM
  • Building and maintaining deep talent pipelines aligned with client and market demand
  • Managing the full candidate life-cycle - from first contact through to offer and on-boarding
  • Collaborating closely with consultants to understand hiring needs and share market insights
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and data to support efficient processes
