A healthcare provider in North Cumbria is seeking a Project Manager for its Cancer Services team. The role involves leading workforce development initiatives, managing project plans, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance cancer services. Ideal candidates will have a Masters degree and substantial project management experience, alongside a commitment to improving health services in the region.
We are looking for a project manager to join the Cancer Services team to build capacity and establish a standardised cancer workforce structure within North Cumbria.
The post holder will lead the planning, development and delivery of strategic workforce initiatives that support the transformation of cancer services across North Cumbria. The post holder will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to implement workforce development plans, improve capacity and capability and ensure alignment with national strategies and workforce frameworks such as ACCEND.

Salary: £47,810 to £54,710 a year Per Annum Pro Rata
