The Nuffield Department of Medicine, University of Oxford, invites applications for a Project Coordinator (UK Cancer Vaccine AI Scientist & Supercomputing) to support a flagship ARIA-funded programme, reporting to the Programme Director.

You will provide a Chief of Staff function for the programme, coordinating teams, budgets, meetings and events, while engaging with university, NHS, government, funders, industry and technology partners to ensure milestones and expenditure are tracked and

Responsabilidades

• Support programme operations for a large, multidisciplinary cancer vaccine AI project.
• Oversee budgets, milestones, meetings and events, and executive support for senior leaders.
• Coordinate teams, monitor expenditure and ensure actions are progressed on schedule.
• Engage with University, NHS, government, funders, industry and technology partners and assist with visits.
