Job Title: Cancer Services Pharmacist Band 8a

Location: Cumbria

Duration: Ongoing Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing

Rate of Pay: £27 - £37 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Cancer Services Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients undergoing cancer treatment. In this role, you will:

  1. Perform comprehensive patient assessments
  2. Create and implement personalised care plans
  3. Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  5. Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A current and valid GPhC registration
  2. Experience working in oncology or cancer services
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  5. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
