An exciting opportunity to join the UCLH/UCL Research and Development Agile Workforce as a full-time Senior Clinical Trial Practitioner/Team Leader, supporting multiple specialty studies across UCLH Trust.
We are seeking a motivated individual who is committed to providing exceptional care and involved in delivering state-of-the-art treatments to patients. The successful candidate will provide specialist care across various specialties including Neurology, Women’s Health, Paediatrics, Infectious Disease, and more, managing different phases of research, from early-phase clinical trials to large multicentre studies.
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of clinical research within the research directorate. Your responsibilities include leading the Agile Research Delivery Team of research nurses and clinical trial practitioners, ensuring patient recruitment, trial activities, and data collection meet protocol, GCP, Research Governance, and Trust policies. Effective workload management, strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
