As Cancer Services Lead at our Warwickshire Hospital, you’ll bring extensive knowledge of managing cancer patients throughout the cancer pathway. You should have at least four years’ senior experience and a postgraduate qualification related to cancer care, and ideally, a qualification in teaching or assessment.

As a Cancer Services Lead, you will:

• Lead the SACT Day Unit and oversee the entire cancer pathway within the hospital
• Lead, motivate, educate, and supervise our nursing and multidisciplinary teams
• Support colleagues to deliver effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Influence service development, policies, and strategies to create patient-focused, holistic treatment and care
• Contribute to audits and clinical governance, infection prevention, health and safety, and risk analysis
• Build strong relationships with consultants, senior leaders, healthcare professionals, and patients
