Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an MDT Co-ordinator to support clinical teams and patient pathways across cancer services. You will collect data from various sources and enter it into the Somerset cancer database, ensuring accuracy and timely progression of patients through pathways.

The role is primarily based at West Middlesex University Hospital with cross-site work at Chelsea & Westminster as required, contributing to high-quality cancer care and meeting

Responsibilities

• Arrange, cover and co-ordinate MDT meetings for designated specialties.
• Prepare MDT areas and documentation for cancer services requirements.
• Capture COSD data and transfer to Somerset Cancer Registry (Somerset).
• Review data uploaded on Somerset and validate with MDT lead/CNS.
• Maintain attendance records and circulating MDT minutes.
• Escalate delays in patient pathways and upgrade actions as needed.
