Role Summary

The core purpose of the Cancer Audit Facilitators is to act as a named contact for the National Cancer Audit Registries. You will be responsible for the collection, inputting and validation of COSD data via Epic and Somerset Cancer Registry, and provision of information relating to both local MDT, such as clinician and Annual Governance Meetings, and external requests, such as FOI requests.
This role is pivotal in the collection of comprehensive cancer data and information into the Epic system and for local and National Audit purposes.
As a member of the Cancer Services team, you will work closely with clinical staff, secretaries, MDT co-ordinators, and the wider Cancer Services teams.
Working hours per week, Monday to Friday
