Job summary

Läderach (Schweiz) AG invites retail professionals to join our Switzerland-born brand in Greater London. You will engage with customers, advise on our chocolate assortments and gifts, and maintain appealing displays across our sales areas.

You are a team player with strong English (and German) skills, able to work weekends, and committed to hygiene and quality in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and passion for sales and customer contact.
• Nice to have German and English language skills; further languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-oriented advice and sell our product range, including gifts.
• Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.

What you can expect

• You provide customer-oriented advice and sell our diverse product range, for example by supporting customers in selecting gifts
• You actively engage with our customers, identify their needs and offer suitable solutions
• You handle cash register operations and ensure precise and accurate cash reconciliation
• You present our exquisite confectionery and chocolate range in an appealing and inviting way
• You also carry out production-related tasks as well as replenishing and maintaining the sales areas
• You implement our high quality standards with dedication and care
• You consistently ensure compliance with our hygiene and freshness concept
• You work closely with your team and contribute to a positive working environment

What we expect from you

• You have experience in retail and are passionate about sales as well as direct customer contact
• You quickly recognise customer needs and provide friendly, personalised and convincing advice
• You have very good German and English skills; knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
• You work responsibly, reliably and with a strong focus on quality, while consistently complying with hygiene and cleanliness standards
• You are a team player, enjoy taking on responsibility and want to further develop your skills in sales and customer service
• You are flexible and available to work on weekends and public holidays
