Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Camunda SME – AVP in Wholesale Onboarding. You’ll design and deliver workflow-driven solutions using Camunda BPM and Java to meet regulatory and onboarding needs.

In this role, you’ll lead collaborations with technology and business teams, build RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Boot, and contribute to the Integrated Financial Crime program while upholding Barclays values and leadership behaviours.

Qualifications

• Experience with Camunda BPM for workflow orchestration and process automation (BPMN 2.0).
• Developing applications using Java and supporting frameworks (Java 8+).
• Building RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Boot.
• Working within Agile development practices.
• Using tools such as GitLab, Maven, JUnit and JIRA.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and improve software using Camunda BPM and Java.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead or influence teams to deliver complex onboarding workflow solutions.
• Adhere to secure coding, testing and code quality practices.
