A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment across the campus. Key responsibilities include monitoring areas, using de-escalation techniques, and managing access control. The ideal candidate should hold an SIA Door Supervision Licence and have experience in security operations. You will maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors, promoting good learner behaviour across the campus. Key duties will include:
You hold an SIA Door Supervision Licence and have experience in security, CCTV operations, or youth work. You should have conflict management and de-escalation skills and be able to manage learner behaviour positively. Effective communication with students, staff, and visitors at all levels is essential. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
