Job summary

UCS College Group is seeking a part-time Facilities Coordinator to support the Sports Development Manager in coordinating facility bookings across campus, setting up gym equipment, handling payments, and delivering customer service at sport facilities.

The successful candidate will act as a lead point of contact for the wider Sports Commercial team, support the department and college by delivering classes for staff, students and commercial groups, and work approximately 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a sport or facilities setting.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus facility bookings and set up sports equipment.
• Provide reception duties and handle payments.
• Support delivery of classes for staff, students and commercial groups.
