Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is hiring a Retail Security Officer to protect university campus premises in Greater London. This full-time, 40-hour role requires a professional, customer‑facing approach and strict adherence to security protocols.

Responsibilities include patrolling on and off site, reporting incidents, ensuring safety of staff and visitors, and delivering first aid when needed. SIA licence holders are preferred; full uniform, training and benefits provided.

• SIA Door Supervisor/Manned Guarding Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client premises and surrounding area is safe and secure by carrying out patrols on site and permitting only authorised personnel.
• Advise Line Management of any security occurrence or system failure and identify and report any potential risk.
• Comply with SIA, company and client operating procedures, practices and protocols.
• Actively contribute towards achieving strategic and operational targets and overall business aims.
• Provide a professional service and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• First Aid response.
• Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
