Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is hiring a part-time security officer to guard a university campus. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment, patrolling onsite and ensuring only authorised access, with full training provided.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA license, be committed to excellent customer service, and be prepared to work flexible hours on a 10-hour part-time basis at a university site in Westminster. Uniform is provided, with benefits including holidays and pension.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor/Manned Guarding license required.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• IT skills (e.g., basic computer use) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide security to client premises and site perimeters.
• Carry out patrols internally and externally, allowing access only to authorised personnel.
• Report security incidents or system failures to management promptly.
• Follow all procedures, practices, and protocols.
• Contribute to achieving security targets and business aims.
• Deliver a professional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide First Aid when required.
• Attend training sessions as provided.
