Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in Education/Security or Welfare environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and discreetly in stressful situations.
• Willingness to undergo training for First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, and emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a highly visible presence patrolling University premises and surrounding areas.
• Respond as first responder to incidents, handling welfare, safety and security concerns.
• Provide guidance to staff and students, signposting to relevant departments.
• Co-ordinate ground and control room responses to incidents, liaising with emergency services.
