Campus Recruitment Officer - Leamington Spa
Salary: Up to £28,233 per annum
Business Division: SAE
We seek an outgoing individual who builds relationships with prospective students, parents, peers, academics, and management. Responsibilities include conducting campus tours, overseeing audition schedules, promoting campus life via social media, organizing on-site and virtual events, and engaging with local schools and colleges. Experience in social media content creation is essential.
Understanding education pathways is critical, as schools and colleges play a vital role in student recruitment, contributing to SAE’s growth. The role involves organizing workshops, seminars, and events, working remotely, and supporting the UK Access and Participation Plan (APP) to promote higher education.
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is required to meet student needs and support the recruitment team. The role involves supporting call handling and representing the institution positively.
