Job Description:

Job Summary: Are you looking to launch your HR career? Citadel is expanding its Campus Recruiting Coordination team with ambitious, curious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with internal recruiters throughout the full-cycle recruiting process, driving the hiring process forward and owning the candidate experience.

Your Objectives:

  1. Partner with recruiters to manage full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  2. Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, and facilitate candidate engagement.
  3. Maintain candidate pipelines using a web-based applicant tracking system.
  4. Gather feedback from stakeholders and determine next steps for candidates.
  5. Create offer documents and communicate with candidates during onboarding.
  6. Manage recruiting and HR projects, including candidate tracking and process documentation.
  7. Assist in planning recruiting events and managing internship programs.
  8. Handle expense reports and invoice processing related to campus activities.
Skills & Talents:
  1. Internship or full-time experience in a professional environment.
  2. Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  4. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  7. Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
